WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS A DCUK PACKAGE
VS THE DEALER PACKAGE?
Dealer protection options such as Autoglym lifeshine or GuardX are typically 'oversold' as a “Lifetime” package, although the products that are applied to your vehicle will do a adequate job of protecting the vehicle in the short term if applied correctly, they are not designed as a long term solution. A new vehicle will typically come supplied with a “Maintenance kit” in the boot, this then allows you to reapply the product essentially extending the life of your protection for as long as it is reapplied.
In essence any vehicle protection is only as good as the preparation regardless of whether its brand new or a couple of years old!. Time constraints and vehicle sales targets however, severely impact the amount of preparation that your new vehicle will receive prior to protection being applied. Poorly trained operatives, poor and rapid wash techniques coupled with a lack of decontamination processes will all take their toll on both the appearance and protection lifespan of your new vehicle.
While our new car packages are carried out with the utmost care, with the correct amount of time and attention being paid to ensure that your vehicles paintwork is in perfect* condition before we then go ahead and apply one of our protection options allowing us to obtain maximum durability and the best possible finish.

Buying a new vehicle is a sizeable investment beaten only by buying a house in many cases and, understandably, you would expect your brand-new vehicle to be delivered to you in perfect condition and without defects, unfortunately, in 95% of new cars we've seen, this is far from the case.
Vehicles are often shipped from the factory with a varying number of 'production' defects already in situ or can pick up these defects once they are prepared by your supplying dealer. If you want that new vehicle to have the best start to your ownership, we would seriously recommend NOT allowing your dealer to prepare or protect it!
Bring it to us for car detailing with a safe and protected finish and it WILL look better than new. Also, we can arrange with your dealers for us to go prepare your new car onsite prior to collection.
